Interactive feature administration training

For all customers who wish to add an interactive feature to their website (chatroom, forum etc.), it is essential that someone is allocated "administrator" duties.

Administrators of these features will be responsible for answering queries from users and the overseeing of the day to day running of the feature.

JSR Webdesign's will train and advise any employees / individuals in the skills required to perform these duties for no additional fee for those customers who request these features.
